Kaspersky's strength is it's ability to recognize and
destroy any virus the internet sends your way. Since many
viruses originate in Russia, they seem to be the most
qualified to deal with them since I have never had a virus
infection or lost any data using Kaspersky. I did run into
a bug today though. When I started my laptop, the MS
Security center told me that my virus protection was
disabled. Upon opening Kaspersky, I saw a message telling me
that there were too many users with my license key, even
though I was the only one and the key is valid. It went away
though, and Kaspersky resumed function until it started to
crash.
It was easy to fix because there was a Technical Support
link built right into the program that took me straight to
the relevant FAQ for my problem. I followed the well
documented and easy to follow fix, and was back in business
within 5 minutes. |
